General Terms and Conditions
Before your arrival
A rental agreement will be provided to you. You must complete and sign it before returning it to us. Once we receive the signed agreement, your reservation will be definitively confirmed. A secure payment link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival to pay the total amount of your stay.
Animals
Sorry, but we do not accept animals.
In case of cancellation
Any cancellation by the client/tenant must be communicated to Roi des Oiseaux by email or telephone. In case of cancellation less than one week before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will remain due.
Arrival | Departure
Arrival is possible from 5:00 PM, and departure must be no later than 10:30 AM.
Dépôt de garantie
Une empreinte bancaire de 500 € sera effectuée à votre arrivée. En l'absence de dommages constatés, cette pré-autorisation sera annulée dans un délai de 14 jours après votre départ. En cas de dégradations causées par négligence, les frais de réparation seront prélevés sur ce dépôt. Si le montant des dommages dépasse 500 €, le client s'engage à régler la différence, sans préjudice de tout recours légal supplémentaire de la part des propriétaires.
During your stay
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you respect the tranquility of the premises and use them appropriately.
In the event of damage caused by negligence during your stay, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking. An outdoor area with an ashtray is available for your use.
We ask that you return the cottage in the same clean condition as when you arrived. If you wish, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €50.
We would like to clarify that we decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.
